D型人格对大学新生心理健康的影响:有调节的中介模型

中文摘要Previous studies have shown the effect of personality on people’s mental health and the relationship between type D personality and mental health has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad. However, it is still unknown the whether personality affect health or health affect personality.The present research examined the relationship between type D personality and freshmen's mental health based on alongitudinal design. In addition, the present research explored mechanism of the relationship between type D personality and mental health. In this study, 1403 freshmen from a university in Fujian Province were recruited as subjects. Three longitudinal surveys were conducted in October, November and December 2017. The effects of type D personality (DS-14), resilience (CD-RSIC2), perceived stress (PPS) and mental health (MHI-5) on mental health were investigated by using type D personality scale, Psychological Resilience Scale and perceived stress scale. The statistical methods used are: common method deviation test, descriptive analysis, chi-squared test, correlation analysis and the use of stepwise regression test and PROCESS program to examine a moderated mediation model. Through analysis and discussion, the following results are obtained:(1) Students with different gender and love status had no significant difference.(2)185 out of 1132 freshmen were tested as type D personality, the detection rate was 16.25%.Among male and female students, the detection rate of type D personality is different.(3) Mental health was positively correlated with negative affection, and negatively correlated with resilience. Perceived stress was positively correlated with social inhibition, negative affection and mental health, while perceived stress was negatively correlated with resilience.(4) Type D personality dimension indirectly affects mental health through perceived stress mediation.(5)Resilience significantly moderated the relationship between social inhibition and mental health and the relationship between perceived stress and mental health.(6) A moderated mediation model was confirmed.College freshmen who had higher, type D personality tended to perceive higher pressure and lower mental health. The perceived pressure played an intermediary role in the impact of type D personality on the mental health of college freshmen. Resilience could buffer the negative effects of social suppression on mental health directly, and reduce the indirect effects of social inhibition on mental health by perceived stress. The results not only help us to understand the psychological condition of college freshmen, but also provide us with evidence for improving their mental health.
英文摘要上大学是一个积极事件,而刚入学的前几个月即第一学期对年轻的大学生来说是一个应激事件。全新的生活、学习和人际环境等容易使大学生的心理发生急剧变化,一部分学生会出现适应困难,容易产生较高的焦虑和抑郁情绪,心理健康水平就会越低。国内外学者研究已表明,人格因素是影响心理健康的重要因素之一。D型人格作为一种人格倾向,它与心理健康的关系研究已经引起国内外学者的广泛关注。本研究通过纵向了解D型人格及大学新生心理健康现状,探索D型人格、感知到的压力、心理韧性对大学新生心理健康的影响作用及其内在机制。本研究以福建省某高校1403名大学新生为被试,于2017年10月、11月、12月进行了三次纵向调查,采用D型人格(DS-14)量表、心理韧性(CD-RSIC2)量表、感知到的压力(PPS)量表和心理健康(MHI-5)量表考察了D型人格、心理韧性、感知到的压力对心理健康的影响及其相互作用模型。采用卡方检验对不同性别、不同恋爱状况的学生进行差异检验和D型人格在男女生中的检出率;在控制性别、年龄、是否恋爱和心理健康(T1)的条件下,使用分层回归检验和PROCESS程序来考察一个有调节的中介模型。得出以下研究结果:(1)不同性别、不同恋爱状况的学生没有显著差异的(χ2=0.20,p=0.67)。(2)1132名大学新生被试中的检测出D型人格的185人,检出率为16.25%。D型人格在男女生中的检出率的差异是显著的(χ2=5.38,p=0.02)。(3)相关分析结果,心理健康(T3)的得分与负性情感(T1)因子得分呈正相关(p<0.01),与心理韧性(T2)得分呈负相关(p<0.05),感知到的压力(T2)的得分与社会抑制和负性情感的得分呈正相关(p<0.01),感知到的压力(T2)得分与心理韧性(T2)得分呈负相关(p<0.01)。(4)在控制性别、年龄、是否恋爱和心理健康(T1)后,社交抑制能够显著正向预测感知到的压力(β=0.21,SE=0.02,p<0.001),感知到的压力对心理健康具有显著正向预测作用(β=0.58,SE=0.18,p<0.01),社交抑制通过感知到的压力的中介作用间接影响心理健康;在负性情感与心理健康的关系中,感知到的压力中介作用不成立。(5)心理韧性在社交抑制与心理健康的关系中调节效应显著(β=0.05,SE=0.02,p<0.01);心理韧性在感知到的压力与心理健康的关系中调节效应显著(β=-0.06,SE=0.03,p<0.05)。(6)一个有调节的中介模型成立(95%CI[0.02,0.08])和(95%CI[0.01,0.05])。结论:D型人格越明显的大学新生,感知到的压力就会更大,感知到的压力能显著预测大学新生的心理健康水平,感知到的压力在D型人格对大学新生心理健康的影响中起中介作用。心理韧性可直接缓冲社交抑制对心理健康的不利影响,又降低社交抑制通过感知到的压力对心理健康的间接影响。研究结果不仅有助于理解大学新生适应大学生活过程中的心理状况,而且为提高大学新生心理健康水平提供参考依据。
