棉花抗盐碱制剂的研制及其作用机理研究

中文摘要为解决盐碱地棉花幼苗出苗难、保苗难以及长势弱等问题,本论文通过对植物生长活性物质的研究,研制出了棉花抗盐碱制剂,并进行了盆栽实验、田间应用研究和作用机理研究,为其推广应用提供了依据。 通过沙培实验,采取浸种处理研究了甘露醇、甜菜碱、D-半乳糖、海藻糖、NO供体硝普纳SNP、腐胺、VB6、GA3、α-NAA、CaCl2、KNO3、KH2PO4、H3BO3等13种物质在盐胁迫条件下对棉种的抗盐碱效果,筛选出棉花抗盐碱制剂的组合配方,其主要成分有α-NAA、VB6、甘露醇、KH2PO4,组成是α-NAA:VB6:甘露醇:KH2PO4=1:2.5:125:125。针对拌种应用的特殊要求,研制出拌种用抗盐碱固体型制剂,其最佳用量为每千克棉种2.0g,并进行了一系列效果检验。 通过盆栽实验研究抗盐碱制剂的应用效果,研究发现经拌种处理,可使棉花种子出苗时间较对照提前2天左右,中度盐碱胁迫下棉种出苗率提高13.95%,轻度盐碱胁迫下出苗率提高11.58%,长势明显增强;机理研究表明,拌种处理后,棉花幼苗的抗盐碱生理生化指标明显好于对照,脯氨酸积累增多,MDA含量明显减少,CAT活性增加,叶片相对含水量和蒸腾速率明显强于对照。田间试验显示,抗盐碱制剂能够提高棉种发芽率,具有保苗、壮苗的效果,提高产量14.5%。 研究表明所研发的抗盐碱制剂具有良好的应用推广价值。
英文摘要To work on the problem of emergence and survival rate of cotton seedlings under salt stress in Xinjiang, Resistance Salt-alkaline Agent for Cotton (RSAAC) was prepared in this paper. The effects of RSAAC were investigated by pot test of cotton, and a field test was carried out in Xinjiang to prepare for the application. Mechanisms of the agent to promote the emergence rate and seedling growth potential were studied, too. Sand-cultivation experiment was used to investigate effects of promoting of mannitol、betaine、D-galactose、trehalose、sodium nitroprusside、putrescine、VB6、GA3、α-NAA、CaCl2、KNO3、KH2PO4、H3BO3 on increasing emergence rate of cotton seedlings under salt stress. A formula of RSAAC, containing α-NAA, mannitol, VB6, and KH2PO4 was formed. And its proportion was α-NAA:VB6:mannitol:KH2PO4=1:2.5:125:125。The Agent was used in seed coating in pot test to validate its effects. The study indicated that the agent could increase the emergence rate of cotton seedlings, and enhance seedling growth potential. The effect was also well in non-salt stress. Meanwhile, the physiological and biochemical indexes on resisting Salt-alkaline, such as leaf relative water content, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, proline content, malondialdehyde content, the enzyme activity of catalase , were better obviously than CK. In field test, the Agent was applied in seed coating for seed germination. With using the Agent, the yield and quality of cotton were increased, and growing period was reduced. It’s worth applying in cotton production.
