中文摘要 | 随着信息技术的广泛应用,以网络为基础的科学研究环境,将同仪器设备一样成 为研究基础条件平台的重要组成部分。过程工程虚拟研究中心的目标就是为过程工程 领域的研究人员进行跨地域的合作研究提供一个网络环境。本论文工作属于虚拟研究 中心的一部分,设计并实现了一个科研交流合作与管理系统。科研交流合作与管理系统由科研项目管理子系统(Managemeni Systemof Scientifif Research Project,MSSRP)和过程工程协同虚拟工作平台子系统(Process Engineering coll曲。rative virtual workspace,PEcvw)两部分组成。本论文的研究I 作包括以下几部分:(1)MSSRP是本论文设计并实现的基于B/S模式的科研项目管理系统。它面向科研项目的团队成员,按照项目建立、成员加入、工作计划安排、任务执行、进度监控、项目结束、专家评审的流程,提供项目合作交流与管理的网络环境。(2)协同虚拟I作平台(Collaborative Virtmal、vbrkspace,CVW)是一个基于C/S模式的开源英文软件。本论文在CVW的基础上开发了PECVW。与CVW相比较, PECVW具有友好的用户界面。它不仅支持英文,还支持中文。 (3)MCP(MOO Command Protocol)是PECVW的客户端与服务器的通信协议。通过对MCP协议的分析,本论文采用Socket通信的方法,使用Java语言实现了MSSRP与 PECVW的接口。通过该接口可以将两个系统有效地整合起来,从而使两子系统功能互补,并实现两子系统人员和资源的信息共享。MSSRP正在过程工程所的两个实际项目中进行应用测试。已有的结果表明 MSSRP为科研项目的管理提供了一个比较实用的工具,还能为项目团队成员的文档 共享与信息交流提供便利。总之,本论文建立的科研交流合作与管理系统,是为过程工程科研人员提供网上 协同工作和项目管理环境的一次尝试。它可为其它学科建立类似的系统提供借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | With the wide application of information technology, the virtual environment for scientific researches based on the network, is becoming basic facilities that could be as important as instruments and equipments. The major goal of Process Engineering Virtual Research Center (PEVRC) is to create the virtual environment to support collaborative research for process engineering scientists over Internet. In this thesis, a scientific cooperation and management system, which is a part of PEVRC, has been designed and implemented. This system consists of two major parts: Management System of Scientific Research Project (MSSRP) and Process Engineering Collaborative Virtual Workspace (PECVW). The contributions of this thesis includes: MSSRP, a research-oriented project management system based on B/S model, has been designed and developed. It encompasses the most important aspects of project management, such as project initiating, team building, work planning, task executing, schedule controlling, project closing and evaluating. PECVW has been developed on the basis of Collaborative Virtual Workspace (CVW), which is an open-source English software based on C/S model. PECVW extends CVW to support not only English but also Chinese. Based on the MCP, a protocol for transmitting messages between CVW's client and server, MSSRP and PECVW have been integrated. It was realized by the Socket Communications method using Java. Both can be shared. MSSRP and PECVW benefit from such integration. And the information of team members and resources of the two systems MSSRP is under test with two real cooperative projects of Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The test result up to now showed that MSSRP might be a useful tool for research project management, and can also facilitate documents sharing and communication among team members. In conclusion, this work is an attempt to provide virtual environment of cooperative work and project management for process engineering scientists. It may provide a practicable approach for building similar systems in other disciplines. |
