造纸黑液对草坪草抗寒性效应研究

中文摘要针对当今造纸黑液排放量日益增加、环境污染日趋严重以及城市绿化速度的加快、特别是人们对冬季草坪的观赏性要求提高的客观实际,本实验利用造纸黑液中含有大量养分及有机质的特点,研究了造纸黑液用于提高草坪草抗寒性的可行性,进而探讨了造纸黑液对草坪草的生物效应、作用机理和环境效应,为延长草坪绿期提供理论和实践依据,对于废弃物资源化和保护生态环境具有重要意义。实验结果表明:造纸黑液处理的草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L)草坪越冬质量得分最高,为8.0625,草坪质量为很好;褐煤腐植酸处理得分是7.2,草坪质量为好;无机肥处理是6.825,草坪质量为好;对照得分最低,为5.9625,草坪质量为中等。无机肥处理和褐煤腐植酸处理较对照草坪绿期延长10天左右;造纸黑液处理较对照延长绿期40天左右。造纸黑液和褐煤腐植酸都在不同程度上加强了草地早熟禾抗寒锻炼的效果。与对照相比,造纸黑液处理的叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性、叶绿素、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量最高增幅分别为1044.33%、645.45%、1352.73%和167.76%,其叶片电解质渗透率和丙二醛含量最大降幅分别为31.22%和39.76%。褐煤腐植酸处理的叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性、叶绿素、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量最高增幅分别为728.87%、286.36%、1197.03%和105.66%,其叶片电解质渗透率和丙二醛含量最大降幅分别为28.34%和28.56%。造纸黑液中总酸性基、羧基、酚羟基含量分别为6.90mmol/g、4.18 mmol/g、2.72 mmol/g,大于褐煤腐植酸中官能团的含量,这是造纸黑液提高草地早熟禾抗寒性效果较好的原因所在。造纸黑液的pH为5.33,符合NY1106-2006中含腐植酸水溶肥料的产品技术要求;重金属含量符合NY1110-2006水溶肥料汞、砷、镉、铅、铬元素限量要求。处理后草坪土壤的pH值在7.85至7.20范围内变化,适合草坪草生长。处理前后的草坪土壤均符合GB15618-1995中规定的三级土壤环境质量标准。
英文摘要Aiming at the increase of pulping black liquor discharge,increasing severity of environmental pollution and fast movement of urban afforesting and greening,the feasibility of improving cold resistance of turfgrass by pulping black liquor and the biological effects,mechanism and environmental effects of pulping black liquor on turfgrass were studied,based on the property that the pulping black liquor contained macronutrient. The study provided theoretical and practical evidence for extending lawn green stage and performed a big role in utilization of waste and environmental protection. The overwintering quality score of the Poa pratensis lawn dealt with pulping black liquor was 8.0625 and the turf quality was evaluated as “very good”;the score of that dealt with lignite humic acid was 7.2 and the turf quality was evaluated as “good”;the score of that dealt with inorganic fertilizer was 6.825 and the turf quality was evaluated as “good”;the score of the control group was 5.9625 and the turf quality was evaluated as “medium”. The green period of the lawn dealt with inorganic fertilizer and lignite humic acid was extended by around 10 days compared to the control group,while that dealt with pulping black liquor was extended by around 40 days. Both pulping black liquor and lignite humic acid strengthened cold hardening of Poa pratensis in different degrees. Compared to the control group,the maximum increase rate of activity of superoxide dismutase and content of chlorophyll,free proline,soluble sugar of the leaves dealt with pulping black liquor were 1044.33%、645.45%、1352.73% and 167.76% and the content of electrolyte leakage and malondiadehyde increased by 31.22% and 39.76%. The maximum increase rate of activity of superoxide dismutase and content of chlorophyll,free proline,soluble sugar of the leaves dealt with lignite humic acid were 728.87%、286.36%、1197.03% and 105.66% and the electrolyte leakage and malondiadehyde increased by 28.34% and 28.56%. The content of acidic groups,carboxyl group and pHenolic hydroxyl group of pulping black liquor were 6.90mmol/g、4.18 mmol/g and 2.72 mmol/g, more than that of lignite humic acid. This was the reason for the good effect of pulping black liquor on cold resistance of Poa pratensis. The pH of pulping black liquor was 5.33,which met the technical requirement of NY1106-2006;the content of heavy metal met the NY1110-2006. The pH of the turf soil after treatment ranged from 7.85 to 7.20,which is suitable for the growth of the Turfgrass. The lawn soil after treatment met the GB15618-1995.
