Preparation of YBO3 Ce3+ Film via Impregnation-Lifting Method and Its Photoluminescence Property

英文摘要The luminescent YBO3 thin films with Ce3+ doping were successfully prepared by sol-gel and impregnation-lifting method. The phase structure and optical properties were studied. The XRD analysis confirmed the YBO3 were produced as hexagonal phases at different dosages of Ce3+ (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15), and the crystallinity of the films was improved by the addition of Ce3+, the luminescence intensity of Ce3+ doped YBO3 film increases with the increase of Ce doping concentration.
