中文摘要聚合物多组分体系的相平衡性质是热力学研究重要的内容。然而,这些数据分散在数以千计的文献中,为这些数据的评价和使用造成很大困难。对聚合物多组分体系相平衡数据进行系统的收集、评价,形成规范且便于应用的数据库,才能有效地减少重复性工作,促进热力学理论的发展。本论文以数据的原始性和公开性为基本原则,收集了大量的聚合物多组分体系相平衡数据。并提出了侧重数据测定的严谨性和数据的可用性的数据质量评价方法,将原始数据划分为5个可靠性等级。在数据收集和数据评价的基础上,采用MS SQL Server关系数据库系统开发了聚合物多组分体系相平衡数据库。数据库可以划分为聚合物VLE、溶剂无限稀释活度系数、共混聚合物相容性三个子系统。并使用PowerBuilder开发了数据库的应用程序,简化了数据操作降低了错误率,降低了使用者对计算机知识的依赖性。同时,与ISIS/Draw结合完成化合物分子结构的输入/输出。开发了WWW服务系统,用户可以从远程访问数据库。
英文摘要The phase equilibria of polymer-containing multi-component systems is very important and there has been a great amount of experimental data on the phase behavior of polymer mixtures accumulated after one century's study. But it is difficult to evaluate and use these data so that it is important to collect and evaluate the phase equilibrium data of polymer mixtures and develop an easy-to-use databank in order to minimize the unnecessary work and deepen the understanding of the phase behavior. In this thesis, a great mount of phase equilibrium data of polymer mixtures were collected and the data quality evaluation was performed using a method which classify the data into 5 grades based on the rigor of the experiment and the usability of the data. On this basis, a database for phase equilibria of polymer-containing multi-component mixtures is developed on the MS SQL Server relation database system. And the database is divided into three child databases, which are polymer solution vapor-liquid equilibrium, solvent activity coefficients at finite dilution and polymer-polymer miscibility. An application program is developed by PowerBuilder for this database which can simplify the data manipulation, reduce the mistakes, and reduce user's dependence on the computer knowledge. In addition, the molecular structure of polymers and solvents can be input into and output from the database by combining the PowerBuilder application and the ISIS/Draw. The WWW service of the database for phase equilibria of polymer-containing multi-component mixtures is developed with the Internet information technology which can facilitate the data query from remote site.
