颗粒孔结构分形特征的研究

中文摘要在分形理论基础上,从分形的基本图形出发,提出描述多孔物料孔结构的分形模型,导出该模型的表面积与体积增量之间的分形表达式,并将该分形表达式用于压汞法和BET法,提出适用于这两种方法的孔表面积分形表达式,采用12种多孔材料进行了压汞法和BET实验,得到了材料的分形维数。实验结果表明,用本文提出的关系式求得的分形维数D_s,符合分形存在的基本条件,即2 < D_s < 3,而且相关系数较高,曲线整体线性好,结果令人满意。对同一物料,压汞法与BET法这两种实验方法求得的D_s基本一致,说明本文提出的模型可作为描述多孔材料孔结构的分形模型。
英文摘要Based on the fractal theory and basic fractal patterns, a fractal model to describe the surface area of porous material was proposed, and a fractal expression relating the surface area to the increment of pore volume was derived from the model. This expression was applied to the measurements of mercury porosimetry and capillary condensation respectively and the corresponding surface fractal equations for the two methods were obtained. Finally, experiments with the methods of mercury porosimentry and capillary condensation on twelve kinds of porous material were conducted to test the proposed model and the respective values of D_s were retrieved for the tested materials. The results showed that the surface fractal dimension D_s is in the range between two and three and the correlation coefficients are very high. The values of D_s are almost the same values for the mercury porosimetry and capillary condensation. It demonstrates that the model can describe the surface of porous particles satisfactorily.
