| 中文摘要 | 吨铁净能耗的29.5%用于烧结和焦化工序,在提高原料的理化性能之后,部分能耗未得到充分回收和利用,是高炉炼铁系统能耗高的一个重要原因,该系统的颗粒物和SO_2的排放量分别占钢铁工业总排放量的68.2%和 73.7%。熔态还原-汽油合成-发电系统,可以解决熔态还原的尾气利用问题,联合循环发电和煤基汽油合成的造气投资成本及运行费用高的问题。本系统的污染物排放量远低于现有工艺。生产相同数量的产品时,二段法熔态还原-煤气联合循环发电、二段法熔态还原-煤气蒸汽发电、一段法熔态还原-煤气联合循环发电,分别可比现有工艺少耗能42.8%、27.9%和 35.7%。一段法熔态还原-煤气合成汽油- 尾气蒸汽发电,对于富煤贫油地区是很有意义的方案,消耗529万吨煤、336万吨矿石,可以生产93万吨汽油、副产233万吨铁、40亿度电,其中汽油产量可以满足山西省年消耗。 |
| 英文摘要 | One of primary causes why ironmaking has a high-energy consumption is that 29.5% of net energy consumption per ton pig iron is used for sinter and cokemaking and is not recycled after enhancing the physical and chemical performance of raw material. Ironmaking discharges 68.2% of volume of particulate and 73.7% of volume of sulfur dioxide emission of iron and steel industry. The combined system of smelting reduction - gasoline synthesis - electricity generation system, can settle the problem of the utilization of tail gas in the smelting reduction and the large investment of gasification in the integrated gasification combined cycle and gasoline synthesis. The atmospheric pollutant emission of the new processes can be neglected when compared with that of existent ones. If the same yield is produced, the process of two-stage smelting reduction - combined cycle electricity generation with coal gas, the process of two-stage smelting reduction - steam cycle electricity generation with coal gas, the process of one-stage smelting reduction - combined cycle electricity generation with coal gas, would respectively reduce energy consumption by 42.8%, 27.9% and 35.7% compared with traditional processes. The process of one-stage smelting reduction - gasoline synthesis with coal gas - steam cycle electricity generation with tail gas may be a feasible project for the area having more coal and less oil. When this process is adopted, 930000 tons gasoline, 2330000 tons pig iron and 4000000 MWh electricity can be gained after 5290000 tons coal and 3360000 tons iron ore is used. The gasoline can meet one year's need of ShanXi province. |
