中文摘要纤维镍电极具有高比容量、高充放电效率、电极稳定性及耐用性好等特点。本文对其实用性进行研究,在以下几个方面展开工作:高比容量纤维镍电极的制备、贮氢合金的表面修饰和贮氢电极的制备工艺优化,纤维镍电极MH-Ni电池设计和制备。工作中通过计算机模式识别对基板烧结工艺进行优化,得出的强度稳定区域图对生产实际有很好的帮助和借鉴。对纤维镍基板造孔的研究表明,选用的常规造孔剂造孔,造孔幅度较低,工作中提出了采用表面活性剂的造孔的新方法,在对基板造孔的同时对基板的孔型结构也有所改进。工作中对贮氢合金电极制备进行研究,确定了较佳的制备工艺,并采用化学镀的方法对贮氢合多表面进行修饰,分别在贮氢合金表面获得了Ni-P和纯Ni镀层,镀镍后,促进了合金的活化,提高了贮氢合金的高倍北放电性能。实验中设计试制的纤维镍电极氢镍电池的性能符合国标《GB/T 15100-94》的要求,电池的综合性能较好,有较好高倍率放电性能和循环特性。
英文摘要Fibrous nickel electrodes exhibit high energy density, high electrical efficiency, stability and durability, The research in the present work is carried out about preparation of fibrous nickel electrodes with high specific capacity, surface modification of metal hydride alloys, optimizing preparation technology of metal hydride negative electrodes, designing and assemblage of MH-Ni battery with fibrous nickel electrodes. The statistical pattern recognition method is used in dealing with the sintering factor of preparation of the hollow nickel fibrous substrate, the figure of the sintering process conditions in terms of the stabilized strength for different nickel fiber content plaque is obtained, this will be of great help for the commercial manufacture of sintered nickel electrodes. It is found that the plaque porosity increases little when the traditional pore-creating agents are used. A new pore-creating method is brought forth in this paper, the surfactants are used as the pore-creating agents to improve the pore structure as well as to increase the plaque porosity. In the work, the manufacture technology of the foamed metal hydride negative electrodes are researched, and Ni-P and Ni coatings are coated on hydride alloy particles by electroless plating technique, those coatings greatly improved the electrode rate capability and alloy activation time. MH-Ni batteries with hollow fibrous nickel electrodes are finally designed and assembled. The examining results show the batteries come up to the Chinese National Standard (GB/T15100-94), and have good comprehensive performance.
