中文摘要 | 本论文首先对营养雾生物反应器的结构设计进行了探索,分析了营养雾培养成的特点和面临的问题,提取出了反应器设计院过程中应该遵循的原则,设计并建成立起一套小型的生物反应器系统;其次,详细研究了反应器中的培养环境:(1)营养雾的形成和雾化的效果,(2)营养雾向培养物的凝集,(3)反应器内温度的变化,(4)反应器所提取供的温度、压力和光照环境;再次,采用小培养成瓶培养成的方法研究了各种因素对马铃薯苗培养和微型薯诱导的影响,建成立了基本的掊养程序和培养成条件;最后,在营养生物反应器中实现了对马铃薯苗的培养和微型号薯的诱导,研究了影响培养成效果的各种因素,关与传统的培养方式进行了比较。结果表明,营养雾反应器适于植物组织培养。 |
英文摘要 | In the thesis, firstly, design of the bioreactor was studied: characters and problems in the nutrient mist culture were analyzed, principles that should be followed in the bioreactor design were proposed, and a pilot scale bioreactor was established; secondly, culture environment in the nutrient mist bioreactor was investigated: (1) mist generation and atomization effects, (2) coagulation of the nutrient mist onto the plant cultures, (3) variation of temperature in the bioreactor, (4) humidity, pressure and illumination in the bioreactor; thirdly, procedures and conditions for both the potato shoot culture and microtuber induction were established by using small culture bottles; finally, potato shoot culture and tuber induction were carried out in the nutrient mist bioreactor, the influencing factors were investigated, and the culture effects were compared to those in traditional methods. The results demonstrated that the nutrient mist bioreactor was suitable for the plant tissue culture. |
