中文摘要 | 本文以气液固三相固定床反应为研究对象,对空气一水体系使用了三种不同的填料(10 * 10 * 1.5mm拉西环,3.5mm玻璃珠,1.4mm玻璃珠)进行了气液并流向上操作时的压降滞后现象实验,并对能够观察到明显的压降滞后现象的1.4mm玻璃珠填料,使用了三种不同的气一液体系(空气—水,空气—羧甲基纤维素水溶液,空气—十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液)进行了大量的实验,较全面地考察了固定床并流向上操作的压降滞后现象。本文的实验结果丰富了对于气液固三相体系中的多态现象和不均匀现象的认识。产生压降滞后现象的原因可根据气相的流动结构进行解释。通过对流动状态的分析,本文对并流向上操作方式下的压降滞后回线的下曲线用平行流区模型进行了描述。与实验值比较,模型计算的结果的合理的。本文还进行了气液并流向下操作时的多态稳定性的实验研究,考察了位于压降滞后回线的上下两条曲线上对应状态点的稳定性。并通过引入周期扰动的办法,使得位于滞后回线下曲线上的操作点一经过流动脉动点就能达到上曲线的对应点,这一实验结果对于工业生产具有一定的指导意义。 |
英文摘要 | Both experimental and theoretical studies of pressure drop hysteresis in a gas/liquid/solid packed column with cocurrent upward flow were carried out, and the stability of multiple hydrodynamic states in a packed column with cocurrent downward flow was also examined. Extensive work was carried out with three kinds of packings and air-water system. However, only in the column packed with φ1.4mm glass beads was the pressure drop hysteresis observed. Two more gas-liquid systems were employed to examine the influence of various parameters on pressure drop hysteresis. The concept of mode of gas phase flow helps in interpreting the hysteresis observed in operation of a packed column. Through analysis of gas-liquid flow pattern, it was found that the lower branch of the pressure drop hysteresis loop of a cocurrent upflow packed column can be described with a parallel flow zone model. Model predicted hysteresis loop of pressure drop is in reasonable agreement with experimental data. Furthermore, the stability of the two corresponding points with the same gas and liquid flow rates respectively on the upper and lower branches of pressure drop hysteresis loop was examined. By introducing periodical perturbation onto the gas flow rate, the pressure drop of the point on the lower branch can be raised to surpass that of the point on the upper branch without necessarily traversing along the loop passing through the flow pulsation point. |
