垂直气力移动床输送

中文摘要本文对气力临界移动床上输及气力非临界移动床上输应用多相流动及散体力学原理进行了理论分析,关联了颗粒和流体属性、输送床几何尺寸、操作条件对气体压力、颗粒间接触压力、管壁应力随床高分布的影响;对理论分析提出的振动、静电和动力学超压效应以及导出的动力学方程进行了实验考察;查明了实现稳定移动床上输的必要条件;验证了临界移动床输送的经济合理性;提出了临界移动床输送管形及床顶约束结构的设计方法。此外,在实验研究中解决了气力移动床上输实验中所必需的颗粒对管壁的正应力以及床层空隙率的高灵敏度的测量及标定方法,取得了所需的实验数据。
英文摘要Vertical pneumatic moving-bed transport was analyzed by using the theories of multiphase flow and particulate-media mechanics. The distributions of gas pressure, interparticle contact pressure, and wall stress along the transport tube were correlated with the properties of the particles and the fluid, the geometry of the transport tube, and the conditions of operation. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and systematic experiments, a new type of pneumatic transport, named critical pneumatic moving-bed transport, has been identified. It possesses the advantage of low pressure drop, low gas velocity, low energy consumption, and high transport effectiveness. The necessary conditions for suppressing fluidization in moving-bed transport were studied and new types of solids disengager design were developed. In the present work, the phenomena of vibration, static electricity, and dynamic over-pressure, predicted by theory, were confirmed experimentally, and the necessary conditions for steady operation were found. A set of equations describing moving bed transport dynamics was deduced, and computer calculations have shown that the solution of these equations is in good agreement with the experimental data. An improved wall-stress probe and a new-type void detector of high-sensitivity were developed for accurate measurements for the distribution of wall stress and voidage along the transport tube. A design method for critical pneumatic moving-bed transport has been established, which can be used to determine the contour of the transport tube and the construction of the solids disengager.
