| 英文摘要 | Two new rearranged abietane and ent-abietane diterpene hydrocarbons, leucoabietenes A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the non-polar portion of the leaves of Leucosceptrum canum. Their structures were determined by various spectroscopic methods (including 1D and 2D NMR, HRMS, IR, and ECD), and in the case of 1 by the calculated ECD method. Biological assays indicated that compound 1 significantly reversed the antifungal activity of fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans (inhibitory rate >88%) with concentrations more than 32 mu g/mL, and compound 2 exhibited moderate inhibitory effect against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
