This article reviews the research status of action imitation defects in children with ASD from the perspective of behavior science and brain science. The behavioral manifestations and brain mechanisms generated imitation defects were thoroughly combed, and many evidence affecting imitation disorder in autistic children were found. The paper aims to deepen the understanding of imitation disorder in the ASD, and provide scientific enlightenment for the intervention method based on brain mechanism.

从行为科学和脑科学的视角综述了孤独症谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder, ASD）儿童动作模仿障碍的研究现状，分析了有关模仿障碍行为表现和脑机制的研究结果，回顾并评价了现有动作模仿障碍的测评工具和干预方法，以期加深对ASD儿童动作模仿障碍的理解，同时为客观有效地筛查ASD模仿障碍提供启示。
