| 英文摘要 | Solid and cored single-crystal superalloy castings with platforms are prepared and finite element modeling is conducted to explore the inducement of recrystallization (RX) after solution treatment. RX is found at all fillet radii under the platforms of the solid castings, but no RX is observed in the cored castings after heat treatment. Microstructural analysis and modeling results suggest that high-temperature plastic deformation during directional solidification is the key factor that induces RX. |
