Transient electromagnetic method inversion based on Levy flight-particle swarm optimization

英文摘要 | For the problem that the step in particle swarm optimization (PSO) is usually short, Levy flight search strategy is introduced into PSO in this paper. With the characteristics of a short search step and an occasional long step walk, Levy flight can increase a long-step random walk ability without reducing the convergence of particle swarm algorithms, and let a particle swarm algorithm easily find a global optimal solution. This property of Levy flight greatly improves the probability that particles fly out of local optimal solutions. At the end of this paper, we apply Levy flight-PSO to the inversion of actual data, and the results show that Levy flight-PSO is suitable for the one-dimensional interpretation of transient electromagnetic data. |
