炭热还原制取铝硅铁合金的研究

中文摘要在1850 ℃的条件下,研究了低品位铝矿石的炭热还原过程。通过对Al-Si, Al-Fe, Si-Fe 三个二元系的分析,用Bonnier法计算了Al-Si-Fe三元系中各组元的活度值,并以此对Al_2O_3 - SiO_2 - Fe - C系的还原反应进行了分析。实验检查了SiO_2Al_2O_3(重量比)CaCl_2、CaO、C等四因素对还原反应的影响,得出了在SiO_2/Al_2O_3 = 0.9-1.0、CaCl_2 = 7% (SiO_2量 * 7%)、CaO = 2.5~3.75%、Si 32%、Fe 37%的Al-Si-Fe合金。通过对实验样品的X光粉末衍射,提出了可能的还原步骤。最后,对还原过程、挥发损失及铝合金获得等问题进行了讨论,认为炭热熔炼Al-Si-Fe合金是合理利用低品位铝矿石的可行途径。
英文摘要The carbothermic reduction of aluminum-bearing ores has been studied at 1850 ℃. The thermodynamics of chemical reactions in the Al_2O_3-SiO_2-Fe-C system were analysed according to the activity-values of Al.Si.Fe in Al-Si-Fe ternary system, which were caculated with Bonnier method through the study of Al-Si, Al-Fe, Si-Fe three binary systems. Furthermore, the effects of the four factors SiO_2/Al_2O_3 (Wt. ratio), CaCl_2, CaO, C to the reduction process have been investigated, which result in the best conditions: SiO_2/Al_2O_3 = 0.9-1.0, CaCl_2 = 7% (Wt. of SiO_2X7%), CaO = 2.5-3.75%, C = 7-9%. The Al-Si-Fe alloy obtained containts Al 16.8%, Si 32%, Fe 37%. In addition, the possible reducing procedures were drawn from the results of the X-ray diffractions of the experimental samples. Finally, the problems of reducing process, the volitilization losses and the alloy yields were discussed, we regard that carbothermic smelting Al-Si-Fe alloy is a feasable approach to making good use of aluminum-bearing ores.
