英文摘要 | Since a large amount of solid waste is generated every year worldwide, the disposal of solid waste, especially scrap rubber has gradually drawn global attention. To determine the evolution patterns and regulation impacts of the global scrap rubber trade, this study constructed the global scrap rubber trade network from 1990 to 2019 and analyzed the regulation impacts of developing countries on global scrap rubber trade networks. The study found that the scrap rubber trade network has developed rapidly, and the main importing countries of scrap rubber trade were gradually changing from China to South Asia and Southeast Asia. The waste ban policy of India and China showed an impact on scrap rubber exporting countries such as the United States, Japan, and Australia. In 2003, China's impact on the global scrap rubber trade network was 12.62, decreasing to 1.44 in 2017, and India's impact reached 15.55 in the same year. Note that, the indirect impact of the decline in China's import proportion on the global scrap rubber trade network was higher than that of India. Through the analysis of the evolution characteristics of scrap rubber trade and the regulatory impacts on the trade network of developing countries including China, India and Thailand, it is of great significance to improve the solid waste import management policy and promote sustainable international solid waste management. |
