Objective The purpose of this paper is to understand the research status of hospital violence, reveal relevant research hotspots and explorcits research progress, so as to provide reference basis for improving doctor-paticnt relationship，promote medical personnel's mental health and build harmonious social environment. Methods 825 articles related to hospital violence were selected from Web of Science core set and the CNKI database in November 2020. CitcSpacc V software was used for visual analysis. Results丁he literature on hospital violence had been increasing year by year since 2011. Harbin Medical University was the main research institute丁he main study population was nurscs.丁he research focused on the investigation of the current situation of hospital violence and the analysis of influencing factors, the post-violence stress and the impact of hospital violence on the job satisfaction and turnover intention of medical staff Conclusion From 1996 to 2016，the hospital violence research progress smoothly. Since 2017，research has increased exponentially. China has been to study hospital violence since 2003,thc research has been supported and made a significantly contribution In the future, we should explore how to reduce hospital violence combined with Chinese culture and policies and regulations to create a good environment for medical treatment.

目的 了解医院暴力研究现状，揭示相关研究热点，探究其研究进展，为改善医患关系，促进医务人员心理健康，营造和谐社会环境提供参考依据。方法 2020年11月，选取Web of Science核心合集和CNKI数据库收集的医院暴力相关文献825篇，运用CiteSpace V软件进行可视化分析。结果 医院暴力相关研究文献从2011年后逐年增加；哈尔滨医科大学为主要研究机构；主要研究人群为护士；研究热点为医院暴力现状调查与影响因素分析，医务人员遭遇暴力后压力状况，医院暴力发生对医务人员工作满意度、离职意向的影响等。结论 1996-2016年国内外关于医院暴力研究进展平缓，2017年后相关研究呈倍数增长。我国自2003年开始研究医院暴力，国家支持力度大，贡献突出，未来应结合我国文化和政策法规，进一步探索减少医院暴力措施，营造良好就医环境。
