英文摘要This paper completed the overall scheme design and analyzed the mechanism design of the test platform of high payload transporter joint for a Tokamak. The test platform mainly includes a control system, mechanical jigs, hydraulic loading system, measuring instruments and so on. The control system was designed to control the motion execution of the test platform and the high payload transporter joint. The hydraulic loading system of the test platform was designed to apply simulated loads to the high payload transporter joint. Mechanical jigs were designed and optimized to obtain reasonable structure and lighter weight of the test platform. Some of the sensors were identified and purchased. The test protocol operation of the test platform was developed to complete the test in this paper. These research work lays a foundation for the achievement of the test platform and the testing of of high payload transporter joint for a Tokamak.
