英文摘要core histones play a critical role in the regulation of chromatin-templated biological process. here we have developed a novel approach to enrich histone proteins based on the recognition of a specific aptamer. the method shows good selectivity toward histone proteins and is able to extract histones directly from complex whole cell lysates.
