This paper aims to investigate the influence of psychological abuse and neglect in childhood on the quality of marriage in adulthood, focusing on to understand the mediating and moderating effect of perceived social support and education level. 305 married people were investigated by using demographic profile questionnaire (including educational background), childhood psychological abuse and neglect scale, perceived social support scale and marriage perception scale. The results of computer software analysis show that (1) childhood psychological abuse and neglect had a negative predictive effect on the quality of marriage in adulthood (B=- 0.30, p<0.001); (2) Perceived social support mediates childhood psychological abuse and neglect and marital quality (B= 0.35, p<0.001); (3) Education level positively moderated the relationship between perceived social support and marital quality (B = 0.27, p < 0.001).
