中医五态人格与女性身体意象的关系

| 中文摘要 | To explore the relationship between five -state personality of traditional Chinese medicine (five-state personality of TCM) and body image of women, and the psychological mechanism between them. Methods: 444 adult women were investigated with the abridged edition of the Five-state Personality Test Scale, the Body Appreciation Scale -2 (BAS -2), the Body Area Satisfaction Subscale of the Multidimensional Body-Self Image Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ-3-BASS), the Appearance Evaluation Subscale of the Multidi－mensional Body-Self Image Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ-3-AE), and the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES). SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to conduct common method bias test, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis on the results, and the Bootstrap method in MPLUS8.3 was used to conduct the intermediary effect test. Results: 422 vaild questionnaires were collected. Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between the five state personality of TCM and the dimensions of body image, among which there was a positive correlation with the Taiyang, Shaoyang, Yin-Yang and peaceful personality, no correlation with the Shaoyin personality, and a negative correlation with the Taiyin personality. Path analysis shows that self -esteem plays an mediating role between the Taiyang, Shaoyang, Yin-Yang, Taiyin and body image. Conclusion: The five-state personality of TCM is related to female body image. Self-esteem plays a mediating role between five state personality and female body image. |
| 英文摘要 | 目的：探讨中医五态人格与女性身体意象之间的关系以及两者之间的心理机制。方法：采用中医五态人格测验量表简版、自尊量表（RSES）、身体欣赏量表（BAS-2）及多维自我身体意象关系问卷中的身体部位满意度分量表（MBSRQ-3-BASS）和外貌评估分量表（MBSRQ-3-AE）对444名成年女性进行问卷调查。使用SPSS 26.0统计学软件对结果进行共同方法偏差检验、描述性统计、相关分析，采用MPLUS8.3中的Bootstrap法进行中介效应检验。结果：共回收有效问卷422份。相关分析显示，中医五态人格与身体意象各维度间存在相关，其中与太阳、少阳、阴阳和平型人格呈正相关关系，与少阴型人格无相关关系，与太阴型人格呈负相关关系。路径分析表明，自尊在太阳、少阳、阴阳和平、太阴型人格与身体意象各维度间起中介作用。结论：中医五态人格与女性身体意象有关；自尊在中医五态人格与女性身体意象之间起中介作用。 |
