中文摘要Objective: The study aimed to examine the role of compulsive exercise and self-esteem in mediating the relationship between negative affects and eating disorder symptoms among college students in the sport-related majors. Methods: 566 college students in the sport-related majors were enrolled and filled in the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales21(DASS-21), the Compulsive Exercise Test (CET), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and the Eating Disorder Inventory (EDI). Results: Negative affects significantly predicted eating disorder symptoms. Compulsive exercise and self- esteem partly mediated the relationship between negative affects and eating disorder symptoms. Conclusion: Negative affects was an important risk factor in the development of eating disorder symptoms among college students in the sport-related majors, and compulsive exercise and self-esteem partly mediated negative affects and eating disorder symptoms.
英文摘要目的：本研究以运动专业大学生为对象，考察强迫运动、自尊在负性情绪与进食障碍症状之间的中介效应。方法：采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表（DASS-21）、强迫运动量表（CET）、罗森伯格自尊量表（SES）和进食障碍问卷（EDI）对566名在校运动专业大学生进行调查。结果：负性情绪可显著预测进食障碍症状；强迫运动在负性情绪与进食障碍症状之间存在显著的部分中介作用；自尊也在负性情绪与进食障碍症状之间起部分中介作用。结论：负性情绪是进食障碍症状的重要风险因子，负性情绪也可以通过强迫运动、自尊的中介作用间接预测进食障碍症状。
