Abstract：The study reviewed the historical development and the relevant studies of authentic movement in dance/movement therapy; summarized the theoretical bases of authentic movement consisting of active imagination, embodied cognition, enactivism and humanistic psychology; and also investigated the psychological mechanisms of authentic movement including recovery of social engagement system based on polyvagal theory, improvement of emotional awareness and regulation capacities in view of peripheral theory of emotion, as well as establishment of in-depth connections according to embodied simulation theory. It was recommended that future research on psychological mechanisms of authentic movement should pay attention to the active (expression) aspect of the embodied aesthetics theoretical framework to examine the possible mediating effects of authenticity and creativity etc.; compare the therapeutic effect of authentic movement with that of other healing methods from the perspective of improved interoception; and incorporate arts-based research methodology in design.

摘要：通过对舞蹈治疗之真实动作疗法的发展历程及相关文献的系统回顾,阐释真实动作的主要理论基础,即积极想象、具身认知、生成论与人本主义理论;探讨真实动作起效的心理机制,包括基于多层迷走神经理论恢复社会参与系统,基于情绪外周理论提高情绪觉察与调控能力,基于具身模拟理论建立深层联结的作用过程;建议未来在真实动作促进心理健康的作用机制研究中借鉴具身审美理论模型的创作表达通道探索真实性、创造力等中介变量,以及结合艺术本位研究方法,从提升内感受力的角度比较真实动作与其他治疗方法的疗效.
