英文摘要Intelligent-drilling downhole tools and instruments produce complex vibrations during drilling. Severe or long-term vibration will cause circuit failure of downhole instruments and mechanical fatigue damage of drilling collars, which will cause drilling accidents and increase drilling costs. In order to verify the adaptability and reliability of the vibration environment of the downhole instrument, it is necessary to carry out systematic research on the failure mechanism, data acquisition and analysis of downhole conditions, testing and experiments, fully discover the potential faults of the instrument in the laboratory, and continuously iterate and upgrade to improve the reliability of the instrument. In this paper, the actual vibration environment data are collected by the self-developed downhole vibration and shock recording instrument in the actual drilling. After analyzing and processing the collected data, the vibration test conditions in three directions are formulated. The first domestic dual parallel excitation vibration test system for downhole instrument testing was customized and developed. The co-excited vibration test method based on two vibration equipment is studied, and the real simulation of downhole vibration environment under laboratory conditions is realized. The systematic downhole vibration test platform effectively supports the high-quality research and development of downhole tools and instruments.
