Abstract: Aviation emergency rescue has become a new hotspot in the field of general aviation in China. Understanding the public’s cognition and expectation of aviation emergency rescue plays an important role in government decision-making and market planning. In this study, stratified multi-stage non-probability sampling was used to investigate the general public’s views on aviation emergency rescue in China. The analysis shows that the public has a low level of understanding of aviation emergency rescue. They believe that aviation emergency rescue is not relevant to themselves and their willingness to use is weak, but the overall evaluation and sentiment are relatively positive, and their perceived social justice and trust in government will significantly positively affect their response to aviation emergency rescue. Therefore, firstly, the government should accelerate the construction of aviation emergency rescue system; Secondly, it should strengthen the commercial operation of aviation emergency rescue, and improve industry operations through government support and insurance supplement; Finally, The government should promote social justice and strengthen its credibility.

航空应急救援已成为中国通航领域的一个新兴热点，了解民众对航空应急救援的认知与期待对政府决策、市场规划有重要作用。本研究严格采用分层多阶段非概率抽样在全国范围内进行大规模取样，调查公众对航空应急救援的看法。分析表明公众对航空应急救援的了解程度较低，感知相关度不高，使用意愿较弱，但总体评价和情感比较正面；且公众的社会公平感及政府信任感会显著正向影响其对航空应急救援的认知。因此，首先应加快构建我国航空应急救援体系；其次应加强航空应急救援的商业化运作，以政府扶持、保险补充等方式完善行业运营；另外，应深化社会公平，加强中央与地方政府公信力，在航空应急救援体系的构建与宣传中充分发挥政府主导作用。
