| 中文摘要 | Good sleep quality is an important indicator of an individual's physical and mental health, and it is also an important indicator of an individual's quality of life. Primary school is an important period for children's growth and development, and good sleep is a powerful guarantee for their physical and mental health. In order to ensure that primary and secondary school students enjoy adequate sleep time and promote their physical and mental health, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Sleep Management of Primary and Secondary School Students" in 2021. With the acceleration of the pace of life in modern society, both adults and teenagers are plagued by sleep problems. Relevant surveys show that teenagers have sleep problems such as insufficient sleep time and poor sleep quality, and sleep problems are on the rise year by year.In recent years, researchers have explored the environmental and individual factors that affect sleep quality, and provided some theoretical support and suggestions for the improvement of individual sleep quality. Among them, interpersonal relationship has been proved to be a key factor affecting students' sleep quality, and teacher-student relationship is the most basic and most important interpersonal relationship of students in school, which may have an effect on students' sleep quality. However, currently few researchers pay attention to the influence of teacher-student relationship on students' sleep quality. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply explore the relationship between teacher-student relationship and sleep quality and its mechanism of action. Studies have shown that a good teacher-student relationship is conducive to promoting the development of adolescents’ self-esteem and helping them reduce social anxiety. Empirical studies have found that both self-esteem and social anxiety have an impact on sleep quality, and there is also a close relationship between the two.This study uses the Teacher-student Relationship Scale, Self-Esteem Scale, Social Anxiety Scale, and Athens Insomnia Scale to study the effects of primary school students’ teacher-student relationship, self-esteem, and social anxiety on primary school students’ sleep quality. Its mechanism of action provides inspiration and guidance for improving the sleep quality of primary school students.This study explores the influence of teacher-student relationship on pupils’ sleep quality, as well as the chain mediation between self-esteem and social anxiety; and explores the role of gender in the mediation of teacher-student relationship, self-esteem, social anxiety and pupils’ sleep quality .The main results and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) There is a significant correlation between teacher-student relationship, self-esteem, social anxiety and elementary school students' sleep quality.(2) There is a significant difference in sleep quality between genders, and the sleep quality of girls is worse than that of boys.(3) The teacher-student relationship has a significant predictive effect on the sleep quality of primary school students.(4) Self-esteem and social anxiety play a chain-like mediating role between the teacher-student relationship and the sleep quality of elementary school students.(5) Gender plays a moderating role between teacher-student relationship, self-esteem, social anxiety and pupils’ sleep quality. |
| 英文摘要 | 良好的睡眠质量是个体身心健康的重要标志,也是衡量个体生活品质的重要指标之一。小学阶段是儿童成长发育的重要时期,良好的睡眠是他们身心健康的有力保障。为保证中小学生享有充足的睡眠时间,促进学生身心健康发展,2021年教育部办公厅印发了《关于进一步加强中小学生睡眠管理工作的通知》。随着现代社会生活节奏的加快,不管是成年人还是青少年,都受到了睡眠问题的困扰。有关调查显示,青少年存在睡眠时间不足、睡眠质量不佳等睡眠问题,并且睡眠问题呈逐年上升的趋势。近年来,研究者对影响睡眠质量的环境及个体因素进行了探索,为个体睡眠质量的改善提供了一些理论支持和建议。其中,人际关系被证实是影响学生睡眠质量的关键因素,而师生关系是学生在学校中最基本、最主要的人际关系,可能会对学生睡眠质量产生作用。然而,目前较少有研究者关注师生关系对学生睡眠质量的影响,因此有必要深入探究师生关系与睡眠质量的关系以及其作用机制。已有研究表明,良好的师生关系有利于促进青少年自尊的发展,帮助青少年降低社交焦虑。实证研究发现,自尊和社交焦虑均会对睡眠质量产生影响,并且二者之间也存在密切关系。本研究采用师生关系量表、自尊量表、社交焦虑量表、阿森斯失眠量表对苏北地区1103名小学生进行研究,探究小学生师生关系、自尊以及社交焦虑对小学生睡眠质量的影响及其作用机制,为改善小学生睡眠质量提供启发和指导。 本研究探讨师生关系对小学生睡眠质量的影响,以及自尊与社交焦虑在二者之间的链式中介作用;并探讨性别在师生关系、自尊、社交焦虑与小学生睡眠质量之间的调节作用。本研究主要结果和结论如下:(1)师生关系、自尊、社交焦虑与小学生睡眠质量两两之间存在显著相关。 (2)睡眠质量在性别上存在显著差异,女生的睡眠质量比男生差。(3)师生关系对小学生睡眠质量存在显著预测作用。(4)自尊、社交焦虑在师生关系与小学生睡眠质量之间起链式中介作用。(5)性别在师生关系、自尊、社交焦虑与小学生睡眠质量之间起调节作用。 |
