中文摘要Psychological richness is a state characterized by varied or complex psychological experiences. As a different perspective of the good life, psychological richness has aroused researchers' interest in exploration. Recently, researchers have initially established the theoretical constructs, operational measurement and adaptive values of psychological richness as an important form of the good life. Existing studies only explored general psychological richness constructs, mainly relating to life in general. However, human psychology is very rich, including cognition, emotion, motivation, personality and many other specific fields. This study suggests that psychological richness can include general psychological richness and specific psychological richness. In this paper, two specific psychological domains, namely cognition-emotion and psychological resources, were taken as examples. The constructs of cognitive-emotional richness and psychological resources richness were proposed, and their adaptive value was verified by operational measurement respectively. Finally, the rationality and necessity of specific psychological richness constructs were demonstrated. Four studies were carried out in this paper. In study 1,the applicability of the existing Western Psychologically Rich Life scale in Chinese cultural context was investigated. The results showed that although the one-dimensional structure of the scale was not well verified, the questionnaire still had good predictive validity and could be used as an indicator of specific psychological richness. In study 2, we conducted an open-ended survey using questionnaires and interviews to investigate Chinese adults' perceptions of the basic concepts and structures of psychological richness, and found that specific psychological richness can be explored from two aspects: cognitive一emotional richness and psychological resource richness. In study 3, the cognitive-emotional richness scale was developed. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity test of the results showed that the cognitive-emotional richness scale has two dimensions, cognitive richness and emotional richness. The overall scale has high reliability, construct validity, criterion validity. It not only showed the rationality of the cognitive-emotional richness construct, but also indicated the validity of the corresponding measurement. In study 4, the psychological resource richness scale was developed, and the results showed that the scale had good reliability, construct validity, criterion validity, which not only indicated the rationality of the psychological resource richness construct, but also indicated the validity of the corresponding measurement. Overall, these findings suggest that in addition to general psychological richness, there are specific psychological richness; specific psychological richness can also be measured and used to predict specific psychology and behavior. This study not only expands the understanding of the concept of psychological richness, but also provides an applicable measurement tool for future studies of psychological richness, suggesting that researchers should consider not only general psychological richness, but also specific psychological richness.
英文摘要心理丰富是以多样化的或复杂的心理体验为特征的状态。作为美好生活的别样视角,心理丰富引发了研究者的探索兴趣。近期研究者初步确立了心理丰富作为美好生活的重要形式的理论构念、操作测量和适应价值。现有的研究仅探讨了一般性的心理丰富构念,主要涉及一般意义上的生活。但是,人的心理内容非常丰富,包括认知、情感、动机、个性等很多具体领域。本研究提出,心理丰富有一般心理丰富和特定心理丰富之分。本研究以心理的两个特定领域为例,即认知一情绪和心理资源,提出了认知一情绪丰富性和心理资源丰富性的构念,并分别对其进行操作测量,继而验证其适应价值,最终表明特定心理丰富构念的合理性和 必要性。论文共开展了四项研究。 研究1考察了现有的西方心理丰富的生活量表在中国文化情境下的适用性结果表明,虽然量表的单维结构没有得到很好的验证,但是总体上,问卷依然具有良好的预测效度,可以作为特定心理丰富的效标。研究2使用问卷和访谈进行开放式调查,了解中国成年人对心理丰富的基本概念和结构的看法,结果发现可以从认知一情绪丰富性和心理资源丰富性两个方面对特定心理丰富进行探讨。研究3编制了认知一情绪丰富性量表,探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析、信效度检验等结果表明,认知一情绪丰富性量表具有认知丰富性和情绪丰富性两个维度,量表总体具有较高的信度、结构效度和效标效度等,这些结果不仅表明认知一情绪丰富性测量的有效性,也表明该构念的合理性。研究4编制了心理资源丰富性量表,结果显示该量表具有较好的信度、结构效度和效标效度等,也表明心理资源丰富性测量的有效性和构念的合理性。 总体而言,这些研究发现提示,在一般的心理丰富之外,还存在特定的心理丰富;特定的心理丰富也可以被测量、并可以用来预测特定心理和行为。本研究不仅拓展了对心理丰富概念的理解,还为未来的心理丰富研究提供了可应用的测量工具,提示研究人员不仅要考虑一般心理丰富,还可以继续考虑特定心理丰富。
