| 中文摘要 | Aging is the development trend and main characteristics of China's population. In the 7th National Census of 2021，the population over 60 years accounted for 18.7% of the total population. At the same time, China has built 718,000 SG base stations, becoming the largest SG mobile network in the world. Facing with the ever-changing Internet technology, it is the elderly groups who feel it is difficult to adapt. Most of them skip the PC era and enter the mobile Internet era directly, and lack of awareness of new Internet technologies. Therefore, to promote the use of network behavior of the elderly, make them to integrated into the network life better, and enjoy the convenience and benefit of the network is an important practical topic. As the most important source of support for the elderly, there is no complete framework for what role the family plays in the factors affecting the elderly's network use. Meantime, some scholars put forward that different use personality has different effects on network demand and network use. Therefore, based on the self-determination theory, social emotional choice theory and personality traits theory, this paper constructs a hypothesis model to explore the influence and internal mechanism of perceived family support, psychological needs and optimistic personality on Internet use behavior of the elderly. In this paper, a questionnaire was designed in strict accordance with the standard procedure, and the elderly were investigated. A total of 201 valid questionnaires are collected. SPSS22.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis on the collected valid data. The results showed that educational level of the elderly on the Internet use were significantly different. The perceived family emotional support can forecast the Internet use behavior of the elderly. The communication needs and self-realization needs of the elderly was significantly correlated with network use behavior, and the identification needs of the elderly were significantly correlated with the use of network applications. Optimistic personality moderates the relationship between perceived family support and psychological needs of the elderly. When the optimistic personality tendency is at an average or high level, with the increase of perceived family support, the psychological needs of the elderly are improved. When the optimistic personality tendency is at a low level, with the increase of perceived family support, the psychological needs of the elderly are negatively predicted. The elderly's psychological needs play a partial mediating role between the perceived family emotional support and network use behavior. The conclusion is that family emotional support and optimistic personality tendency are conducive to meet the psychological needs of the elderly, and significantly promote the behavior of Internet use. |
| 英文摘要 | 老龄化是中国人口发展趋势和主要特征，2021年第7次全国人口普查中，60岁以上人口占到总人口的18.7 %。同时，我国目前已建成全球最具规模的SG移动通信网络，面对着日新月异以及覆盖范围越来越广的网络技术，对此感到比较不易适应的是老年群体，他们大多数跳过了个人电脑时代直接进入移动互联网时代，对互联网技术的认知不足。因此，促进老年人网络使用行为增加，使他们更好的融入网络化生活，体验网络带来的便捷和益处是重要的现实课题。 家庭作为老年人最主要的支持来源，如何影响老年人网络使用的意愿和行为，以往文献中还未有完整的框架。同时有学者提出不同的用户个性对网络需求有差别。因此，本研究基于自我决定理论、社会情绪选择理论和人格特质理论构建假设模型，探究感知家庭支持、心理需求及乐观人格对老年人网络使用行为的影响和内部机制。本文通过问卷法对60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查，共收集有效问卷201份，并使用SPSS22.0对有效数据分析。 结果表明，老年人使用网络行为与教育水平差异显著。感知家庭情感支持对老年人网络使用行为有显著正向预测。老年人的沟通需求和自我实现需求与网络使用行为显著相关，老年人的认同需求与网络应用的使用显著相关。乐观人格在老年人感知家庭支持与满足心理需求间起调节作用。当乐观人格倾向处于平均或高水平时，老年人心理需求满足随着感知家庭支持的增加而提升。乐观人格倾向处于低水平时，随着感知家庭支持的增加，心理需求的满足降低。老年人的心理需求在感知的家庭支持和网络使用行为间起部分中介作用。结论是家庭情感支持和乐观人格倾向有利于满足老年人心理需求，并对网络使用行为推动明显。 |
