中文摘要Entrepreneurship activities are booming the employment, strengthening comprehensive national power, escalating international Status, introducing the new technologies and improving the new developments which are very important for a country and necessary parts of the economy. For the start-up firms, the business model and management regulations are still immature, according to Upper Echelons Theory, entrepreneur play an important role in deciding the strategy, building the company culture and finally influencing the venture performance. This paper focus on the interacting effects between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and personality traits on entrepreneurial performance. Based on social cognitional theory, this paper discussed the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the performance of the venture firms, and the possible moderating effects of two entrepreneurs' personal traits: resilience and optimism. Specially the three-way interaction of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the resilience and the optimism. The experimental data were collected from entrepreneurs from the high-tech industries. This paper firstly process the effective sample data and do empirical research based on the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire, then process statistical methods, by which this paper draw conclusions, the results indicate that entrepreneurial self-efficacy can be considered as a predictors of the venture performance; the resilience positively moderated the relationship between self-efficacy and performance; but the optimism don't have the same effect; and a three-way interaction between self-efficacy, resilience and optimism was observed with respect to performance. To be specific, when the entrepreneurs were low level optimism, the resilience enhanced the positive relationship between self-efficacy and performance, but under the condition when the optimism is low, the effect is not significant. This paper use personality traits as a moderate factors to discuss their effect on venture performance, indicate personal traits may indirectly influence venture performance; This paper study three-way interaction among psychological characters, and find that maybe a more effective way to study the comprehensive situation liking venture performance. Finally, this paper puts forward some future researching directions based on the shortcomings in the process of self-entrepreneurial study.
英文摘要创业在增加就业岗位、增强综合国力等方面发挥着重要作用,并能大力推进新技术和新动能发展,是市场经济发展中不可或缺的一环。在新创企业中,企业的管理方式和业务模式还不是特别成熟,根据高阶理论,创业者个人在创业企业决策中起到了重要的作用,影响着企业战略的选择、文化的建立、行为的促进以至最终影响企业的生存和发展。本文主要关注创业者的创业者自我效能、乐观特质和韧性特质对创业绩效的影响。 基于社会认知理论,本文提出创业者自我效能正向预测创业绩效,并且提出创业者的韧性正向调节创业者自我效能和创业绩效之间的关系,乐观则起到反向调节的作用,而且提出了创业者自我效能、乐观和韧性对创业绩效存在三重交互作用。本文重点研究的问题是创业者的人格特质是如何和创业者自我效能共同影响创业绩效的。 本文以高科技行业的创业者为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,在确保问卷的信度和效度的基础上对收集的数据进行了统计分析。研究发现:创业者自我效能正向预测创业绩效;创业者的韧性特质正向调节创业者自我效能和创业绩效之间的关系;创业者的乐观特质对创业者自我效能和创业绩效的负向调节作用不显著;而且,创业者自我效能、韧性和乐观特质之间存在三重交互作用,具体而言,当创业者具有较低乐观水平时,韧性对创业者自我效能和创业绩效之间的正向调节作用显著增强;然而,当创业者具有较高乐观水平时,韧性对创业者自我效能和创业绩效之间的调节作用没有显著变化。 本文将创业者的人格特质做为调节变量来考察它们对创业绩效的影响,说明人格特质有可能通过间接的方式对创业绩效产生影响;而且三重交互作用的结果也说明创业者的人格特征之间有相互影响,考虑这种影响可以提高对创业绩效预测的效度。最后,本文阐述了本研究的不足和未来研究的方向。
