| 中文摘要 | Du Fu is the "great master" of Chinese poetry, and his achievements in poetry have overshadowed those of other literary genres. Although Du Fu's prose is not comparable to his poetry in terms of the number of surviving texts, it has a unique artistic style in terms of its ideological content and the cultural spirit it expresses. An exploration of Du Fu's prose is of some significance in examining how his literary evolution led to his own distinctive literary ideas and his unique artistic style. The profound and forceful style of depression is representative of Du Fu's style, which has been noted for its comments on his own writing style in prose. The "poem as text" approach has made Du Fu's literature rich in content and refined, and his "pensive and staccato" style is particularly prominent. His style can be studied not only in poetry, but also in prose. Scholars have been keen to study Du Fu's writing style, but there has been controversy over the establishment of his style formation process. It is common to study Du Fu by linking the An-Shi Rebellion, a major historical event that marked the beginning of the Tang Dynasty's decline, to Du Fu's literary creation. Nevertheless, researchers in the previous studies either sorted out Du Fu's life trace from a historical perspective, and then analyzed the impact of the An-Shi Rebellion on his literary creation and changes, or directly explored the impact of the rebellion on his personal life, psychological state, and literary creation. Both ways need the inference based on historical records or verse interpretations. Obviously, this process inevitably adds subjective factors, making the conclusions somewhat one-sided or slightly less scientific. In addition, to the establishment time of Du Fu's "the profound and forceful style of depression", some scholars believe that the style has been established during his stay in Chang an, while other scholars believe that it was established after being trapped in Chang an for ten years and experiencing the whole process of the An-Shi Rebellion, and as a result of a sudden change in his psychology. The controversy has been there for long, with no unified conclusions till now. This thesis uses the CC-LIWC program developed by the Computer Network Psychology Laboratory of the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the self-constructed "the profound and forceful style of depression" dictionary to analyze all the prose written by Du Fu, with an aim to quantify Du Fu's psychological changes before and after the An-Shi Rebellion as well as the psychological interpretation of the results, so as to show the psychological change process. After that, the semantic changes as reflected by word frequency are compared with writing style to infer the relationship between psychological changes and the formation of "The profound and forceful style of depression". The first study takes the year 751，753, 754, 756, 757, 758, 759 as the timeline respectively, divides the 24 pieces of prose written by Du Fu into two groups, and uses the CC-LIWC program to conduct word frequency analysis and difference test to see whether a significant difference exists in Du Fu's psychological characteristics before and after the An-Shi Rebellion. The second study takes the year 755 as the timeline and uses the self-constructed "the profound and forceful style of depression" list to test the difference in word frequency, with an aim to link Du Fu's psychological change to his work style by observing the trend of word frequency change. The third study uses the Big Five personality prediction model trained by the transfer learning method and the CC-LIWC word frequency data to predict the Big Five personality of Du Fu before and after the An-Shi Rebellion, with an aim to disclose the relationship between the personality changes and work style formation. The main research results show that there is a significant difference in word frequency before and after the An-Shi Rebellion一accounting for nearly 32% of the 79 word classes. Combining this with history, we can conclude that the ten-year trapped life in Chang an before the An-Shi Rebellion and the displaced life after brought about obvious changes in his psychology and resulted in a transition of his work style. The analysis of the "the profound and forceful style of depression" word frequency showed that the word frequency changed most in the year after the outbreak of the An-Shi Rebellion. Among them, the change of emotional adjectives ranked first, with a difference over 100%; the general adjectives and color imagery words followed, with a difference of 66.2% and 61.5% respectively. We can see that the "the profound and forceful style of depression" is prominent in this period, indicating Du Fu's psychology and work style did undergo a change process during the An-Shi Rebellion. Finally, the Big Five personality prediction results show that Du Fu's agreeableness and openness were always kept at a high level, and his extroversion has improved in the later period of An-Shi Rebellion. Meanwhile, his creativity and imagination had been fully released and displayed. As a result, more good works appeared. In summary, this thesis provides a more objective and clear way to study Du Fu's thought, psychological changes, and the formation and change of his prose style. It combines quantitative analysis and historical text interpretation. The proposed way not only identified Du Fu's change in thought and psychological characteristics before and after the An-Shi Rebellion objectively, but also confirmed through data analysis that this change had a significant impact on the formation of”The profound and forceful style of depression”.A further investigation into the results revealed, more objectively and concretely, the changing process of Du Fu's personality in the twists and turns of his life in this special historical period, providing a new paradigm of quantifiable and verifiable research on the establishment of Du Fu's work style. |
| 英文摘要 | 杜甫是中国诗史的“集大成”者，他在诗歌上的成就却掩盖了在散文上的光芒。杜甫的散文虽在现存数目上无法与其诗歌相提并论，但其文章的思想内涵及表达的文化精神都具有独特的艺术风貌。通过对杜甫散文的探究，对考察他在文学演进的历程中如何造就了自己特有的文学思想并形成了具有独特艺术创作风格具有一定的意义。 “沉郁顿挫”作为他作品风格的代表最早可以追溯到其散文《进雕赋表》中杜甫对自己写作风格的评述而被后世关注。“以诗为文”的创作手法使得杜甫的散文内容丰富精炼，其“沉郁顿挫”风格尤为凸显。学者们一直热衷于对杜甫写作风格的研究，然而在其风格形成过程的确立上却一直存在争议。 在研究中将安史之乱这一标志着唐朝由盛转衰的特殊历史事件与杜甫的文学创作联系起来进行研究是较为普遍的方式之一。学者们通常从史学的角度对杜甫的生活轨迹进行梳理，探讨战乱对杜甫个人的生活状态，心理状态、文学创作的影响等。这些更多的是根据史料记载或对诗句解读而后进行推论的研究方式，这一过程中难免加入主观因素，使得结论具有一定的片面性，科学性略显不足。另外，在现有研究中对杜甫“沉郁顿挫”风格形成时期的确立上，有的研究学者认为是杜甫在长安求仕期间风格已经形成并确立，而有的学者则认为是在经过困于长安十年而后又经历了安史之乱整个过程的磨砺后，杜甫心理发生了骤变至此风格得以确立。两派学者对此的观点一直存在争议，结论尚未统一。 本文使用中国科学院心理研究所计算机网络心理实验室构建的古汉语文本分析程序CC-LIWC以及自构建的“沉郁顿挫”词典，对杜甫记录在册的所有散文语词进行大数据文本分析，量化杜甫在安史之乱前后的心理语义变化，量化统计结果的心理学涵义，展现其心理变化过程。根据词频的语义变化与写作风格进行比对，以推断心理变化与其“沉郁顿挫”风格形成的关系。 在研究一中，利用CC-LIWC心理语义词典，选取736763年间安史之乱爆发前后10年内作品比较集中的年份，即751, 753, 754, 756, 757, 758, 759年依此作为分割点，逐一把24篇散文分为Group a和Group b两个组别，分别进行词频分析和差异检验，观察这一关键历史性事件前后杜甫的心理特征是否存在显著差异;在研究二中，使用自构建的“沉郁顿挫”词表并选取安史之乱爆发时间755年为分割线进行词频差异检验，通过观察词频变化趋势来考量杜甫的心理特征变化及其与散文“沉郁顿挫”风格的关联性;在研究三中，我们使用迁移学习方法训练出的大五人格预测模型和CC-LIW C词频数据，对安史之乱前后杜甫的大五人格进行预测，探究其人格的变化与风格形成的关系。 主要研究结果表明:安史之乱前后词频差异显著，在79类词频中有将近32%的词频存在明显差异。结合史料，杜甫从安史之乱前十年困守长安到安史之乱后一直处在硝烟弥漫奔波流离中，这一过程使他心理上产生明显变化，同时对他作品风格的转换产生影响。通过对“沉郁顿挫”词频的分析发现，安史之乱爆发后的一年词频差异最大。其中，情绪类形容词的差异最为明显，差异超过100% ;通用类形容词和色彩类意象词之间的差异也较为明显，达到“.2%和61.5%。通过以上数据可以看出，这一时期散文“沉郁顿挫”风格特征凸显，表明杜甫在安史之乱前后心理及散文风格确实经历了一个变迁的过程。最后，通过大五人格预测结果显示，杜甫的宜人性和开放性一直处在较高水平，而外倾性在安史之乱后期有所提升，创造力、想象力等得到了充分的释放与展示，与杜甫这一时期在文学艺术上佳作频频问世相吻合。 综合以上三个问题的研究，本文用定量数据支持与史学语义资料研究相结合的方式，对杜甫的思想、心理变化以及散文风格的形成变迁提供了一种更为客观、清晰的方式。这种尝试不仅客观分析了杜甫在安史之乱前后的思想转变以及心理特质的变化，而且通过数据分析印证了这种转变对散文“沉郁顿挫”风格形成产生了显著影响。在对这一系列数据结果的分析讨论中，也更为客观具体地揭示了杜甫在这个特殊历史时期跌宕起伏的人生经历中人格的变迁过程，为其风格形成的确立研究提供可量化、可验证的新范式。 |
