英文摘要Aiming at enhancing the efficiency and yield of purification, plasmid DNA purification by amine-functionalized Fe3O4 superparamagnetic nanoparticles was studied in this paper. Due to the large specific surface area, the adsorption capacity of these nanoparticles was found to be 447.3 mg/g, which have never been achieved with Fe3O4 particles whose average size is larger than 30 nm. The effects of ionic strength, pH and eluent mode during the elution process were investigated, and the yield was increased to 24.7 mg/g when an ultrasonic concussion was used. 漏 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
