英文摘要As one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, donkey-hide gelatine had notable blood replenishing, aging deferring, calcium replenishing, and tumor cells suppressing effects, although the active substances were not clear. Fibronectin plays an important role in many physiological functions, some unique fibronectin binding peptides from gelatin were approved had potential effects on those functions. In this study, the donkey-hide gelatins were fractionated by fibronectin-sepharose affinity chromatography, after further desalt and concentration process, some unique peptides were obtained and then analyzed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectra. 漏 2014 WIT Press.
