英文摘要 | Ni/Al2O3 composite ceramics with a relative density of 97% were obtained after pressureless sintering the green bodies at 1480掳C for 3h with the protection of graphite bed and TiO2 as sintering aid. In the processing of composites, Ni particles was first surface-coated with a layer of alumina to form composite particles, then gelcasting process was used to prepare the green body. The phase evolution during the sintering was identified by XRD. The densification process and physical properties of the composites were characterized using density, Vickers hardness, fracture toughness measurement and SEM observation. |
