英文摘要SiO2 @ Al(OH)3 core-shell type particles were prepared by injecting Al(NO3)3 solution into NaHCO3 solution in which the SiO2 core particles were dispersed. The monodisperse SiO2 core particles with a diameter of around 300 nm were prepared by a seeding technique on the basis of hydrolyzing tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) in aqueous ethanol solutions with ammonia as catalyst. The shell with a thickness of 33 nm could be deposited on SiO2 spheres without free Al(OH)3 particles observable under proper experimental conditions such as 0.5M NaHCO3, 20g/L SiO2, 0.15M Al(NO3)3 and 0.1 m1/min as injection speed.
