英文摘要 | This paper describes the chlorination roasting-water leaching process for the volatilization separation of gold, zinc and simultaneous vanadium recovery from carbonaceous gold ore. Chlorination roasting was conducted on carbonaceous gold ore. The chlorination residue and volatile precipitates were examined for textural and chemical properties. The results, and the thermodynamic calculations performed using HSC, showed that gold reacts directly with NaCl to produce AuCl for volatilization, promoting associated mineral FeS2 or C. Also, ZnS can be chlorinated to produce ZnCl for volatilization directly or indirectly. FeS2 is mainly converted into Fe2O3 and retained in the chlorination residue. Low-valent vanadium (V(III), V(IV)) primarily reacts with NaCl to form NaVO3. Under optimized conditions, roasting carbonaceous gold ore with 10 wt% NaCl at 800 yielded to 92.05% gold, 92.56% zinc and 5% iron volatilization, respectively.
