Research on process control of intermittent electrodeposition for preparation of core-shell powder

英文摘要The uniformity of composite powder is crucial for preparing composite materials with excellent performance. Herein, an Intermittent electrodeposition technology has been proposed, which can deposit a coating on micron powder and achieve evenly mixing on the particle scale. In this study, Taking the W@Cu core-shell powder as an example, the effect of cathode density, deposition time and pulse width on composition and cladding rate of the core-shell powder and its properties were determined. Furthermore, the relationship between cladding layer thickness and load capacity, current intensity and electrodeposition time was proposed. The experimental results showed that the core-shell powder obtained at the optimal current density of 7 A/dm2 had an average thickness of 2.8 渭m cladding rate of 92.7% after electrodeposition for 40 min. It indicated the theoretical model can effectively predict the core-shell powder thickness. Finally, the formation processes of the cladding layer of the core-shell powder were also clarified. 漏 2022
