Objective: To explore the impact of psychological distress on suicidal ideation in depressed adolescents with nonsuicidal self-injury(NSSI)，so as to provide reference for the assessment and intervention of suicidal ideation in depressed adolecents with NSSI. Methods; A total of 621 depressed adolescents with NSSI from 20 hospitals in 9 provinces of China were surveyed by the Kessler psychological distress scale，Beck suicide ideation scale，stress mindset measurement-general and multiple social perceived support scale. Results; Suicidal ideation was positively connected with psychological distress(P< 0.01)，and psychological distress was negatively correlated with stress mindset and perceived social support(P< 0.01).Suicide ideation was significantly influenced by psychological distress，and perceived social support was a substantial mediator between psychological distress and suitidal ideation. The mediating effect of stress mindset and perceived social support on psychological distress and suicidal ideation was significant(95%CI did not contain 0).Conclusion; Psychological distress has a significant influence on suicidal ideation in depressed adolescents with NSSI，which can be reflected by the direct effect of sychological distress on suicidal ideation，the mediating effect of perceived social support，and the chain mediating effect of stress mindset and perceived social support.

目的:探讨心境困扰对伴有非自杀性自伤行为(non-suicidal self-injury, NSSI)的青少年抑郁障碍患者自杀意念的影响，为伴有NSSI的青少年抑郁障碍患者自杀意念的评估与干预提供参考。方法:选取我国9个省份20家医院的621例伴有NSSI的青少年抑郁障碍患者作为调查对象，采用心境困扰量表、Beck自杀意念量表、压力心态量表以及多维感知社会支持量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:心境困扰与自杀意念呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与压力心态、感知社会支持呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。心境困扰对自杀意念的直接效应显著，感知社会支持在心境困扰和自杀意念间的中介效应显著，压力心态和感知社会支持在心境困扰和自杀意念间的链式中介效应显著(95%CI均不包含0)。结论:心境困扰对伴有NSSI的青少年抑郁障碍患者的自杀意念具有预测效应，这种效应机制通过心境困扰对自杀意念的直接效应、感知社会支持的中介效应以及压力心态和感知社会支持的链式中介效应体现。
