[Abstract] Aggressive behavior plays an important role in the formation of drug addiction, which in turn promotes the occurrence of aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior can be divided into two types: proactive aggressive behavior and reactive aggressive behavior. Drug addicts have different manifestationsand neural mechanisms on the two types of aggression. It is not clear which type is the main manifestation of drug addicts until now. The abnormality of frontal-limbic system-striatum may be the main neural circuit of aggressive behavior for drug addicts. For the different characteristics of proactive aggression and reactive aggression of drug addicts, this study explores the neurobiological factors of aggressive behavior of drug addictsprocessing from the perspectives of neurotransmitters, hormones, brain regions related to aggressive behavior, and neural circuits, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that drug addicts mainly focus on reactive aggression in the early stage of withdrawal and proactive aggression in the middle and late stages of withdrawal, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the intervention and treatment of aggressive behavior of drug addicts, and also provides a reference direction for the interventionandprevention of drug addictive behavior.

攻击行为在药物成瘾形成过程中发挥了重要作用，反过来，药物成瘾又促进了攻击行为的发生。攻击行为可分为主动性攻击与反应性攻击两大类型，药物成瘾者在两大攻击类型上的表现、神经机制各有不同，哪一类型是药物成瘾者的主要表现目前尚不清楚。额叶-边缘系统-纹状体的异常可能是药物成瘾者攻击行为发生的主要神经回路。对于药物成瘾者主动性攻击与反应性攻击的不同特点，本研究从神经递质、激素、攻击行为加工相关脑区、神经环路等角度阐述其神经生物学因素，提出药物成瘾者在戒断初期以反应性攻击为主、戒断中后期主动性攻击占优势地位的理论假设，从而为药物成瘾者攻击行为的干预治疗奠定理论基础，也为药物成瘾行为的干预和预防工作提供参考方向。
