Abstracts With great development and application potentiality, AGI still faces challenges from legal definition and supervision in law enforcement due to its inherent complexity and related uncertainty. To promote its application, interdisciplinary collaboration needs to be strengthened to fully explore the complementarity between AGI and psychology Based on a well-defined responsibility of AGI, such measures should be adopted to improve its transparency and interpretability to formulate strict data processing and protection regulations for its healthy safe and efficient application in psychology.
