英文摘要The thermal cycling behavior of single-phase beta-(Ni,Pt)Al coated with and without an APS-4YSZ ceramic layer was evaluated at 1,100 degrees C. The results showed that the 4YSZ/TGO interface was composed of intermixed and non-intermixed zones, which implied a better bonding force to resist interface determination. The APS-4YSZ ceramic layer applied on (Ni,Pt)Al significantly compressed the TGO fluctuation height during the thermal cycling test, which eventually led to TGO curling.
