英文摘要 | Herein, we report the transformation of aromatic acidsto indole-fusedseven- and eight-membered azaheterocycles. Two C-C bonds areformed via the cleavage of one C-C bond and two C-Hbonds. The incorporation of indole moieties into bioactive pharmaceuticalsand natural products to construct a medium-sized polyfused heterocycledemonstrates the synthetic utility of the protocol. |
