英文摘要Plant Species with Extremely Small Populations (PSESP) represents a group of plants at high risk of extinction, the threatened factors and protection status of different PSESP are very different. Many PSESP have different important values, such as: economic value (Malania oleifera), ornamental value (Paphiopedilum), excellent material value (Pterocarpus indicus), ecological value (Magnoliaceae) and the value of research (Glyptostrobus pensilis). Southeast Yunnan is located in the mountainous area of the northern margin of the tropics which is adjacent to the Indo-China Peninsula. Influenced by the flora of India Malaysia, it has bred extremely rich ancient and endemic plant groups. It is one of the biodiversity hotspots in China and even in the world, and also a sanctuary for many PSESP. In this study, the following scientific problems are proposed for the PSESP in Southeast Yunnan: 1) How are the change in the distribution pattern and their driving factors of typical PSESP in Southeast Yunnan under different climatic conditions and habitat? 2) What are the weak links in the reproduction strategy process of typical PSESP in Southeast Yunnan; 3) What are the threatened factors of PSESP in Southeast Yunnan? What protection strategies can be adopted? In order to solve these problems, a large number of data collection and field investigations were carried out in this research, and the experiments of 28 species distribution model prediction, seed dispersal and seedling establishment of three typical PSESP species (Manglietiastrum sinicum, Malania oleifera, Bretschneidera sinensis) were completed. The main findings are as follows: 1. Diversity and distribution of PSESP in Southeast Yunnan There are a total of 80 species of PSESP in southeastern Yunnan, of which 66 species are significantly threatened according to the assessment results of the threatened situation of higher plants in China, reaching 82.5% of the total (the rest were not evaluated effectively), and more than 50% of the species (41 species) have not been included in the national key protected wild plant list, most of the species are only distributed in one to three counties with extremely narrow distribution and facing very serious threat. The diversity of PSESP is relatively higher in the counties and cities near the Sino Vietnam border, such as 33 species of Malipo and 32 species of Hekou. It is speculated to be related to the environmental characteristics of low altitude, sufficient rainfall and heat, and complex topography in those regions. From the perspective of vertical distribution pattern, there are relatively more species distributed in the 300-1800 m altitude section, but they are mainly concentrated at the altitude of 600-1200 m, which not only shows that the plant diversity is very rich, but also shows that human activities have the most serious impact in this altitude section. 2. The changes and trends of the distribution pattern of PSESP in Southeast Yunnan under the cl
