英文摘要The shallow surface stratum in the coastal area is mostly deep blowing soft ground, corrosive and poor engineering geological properties, especially affected by dynamic disturbance. Ensuring the dynamic safety of buried pipelines in soft coastal land is a key concern for urban metro construction in coastal areas. Based on the example of the blasting excavation project along the subway in the coastal area of Shenzhen China, the field blasting vibration test of the full-size buried gas pipeline was designed and implemented. The dynamic response of the pipeline induced by blasting vibration and the possible damage characteristics of the pipeline are analyzed. An orthogonal numerical simulation of bursting vibration of buried gas pipelines under the influence of actual engineering factors such as corrosion degree, bursting distance, burial depth, pipe diameter, and operating pressure was designed based on full-scale blasting test experiments of pipelines. The effect of each factor on the variation of pipeline vibration parameters and stresses were discussed using ANOVA. Based on the dimensional analysis, the prediction models of blast vibration velocity of the pipeline and its ground surface under the blasting action and the prediction model of peak effective stress of the pipeline were established respectively.
