中文摘要 | High-specific-surface-area activated carbons have been prepared using Taixi anthracite as raw material by chemical activation technology with potassium hydroxide. The influence of mixing method of KOH and coal on the specific surface area of the activated carbon was first analyzed. It has been found that higher BET surface area was got by physical mixing method than impregnation method, and the physical mixing method is a very easy and timesaving preparation method. Then the activating agent/coal ratio, activation temperature and activation time were investigated with physical mixing method. Activated carbon with surface area of 2706 m(2)/g and substantial microporosity was obtained at the optimal activation conditions (the ratio of KOH/coal is 6, and activated 60 minute under 800 degrees C with the 200 mL/min nitrogen flow). |
