[Abstract] Substance use disorders are an important public health issue worldwide, but there are many barriers to traditional face-to-face treatment. In recent years, an increasing number of cell phone mobile-based approaches to informative assessment and intervention treatment for patients with substance use disorders have been developed, and such use of mobile devices to implement health-related medical services is defined as mHealth services. This paper summarizes the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of mHealth-based interventions for drug addiction recovery over the past decade, explores the progress of research on methamphetamine addiction and marijuana addiction in the field of mHealth services, respectively, and reviews the key elements of gamification elements in mHealth services in order to provide new ideas for drug addiction recovery treatment.

全世界范围内,物质使用障碍是一个重要的公共卫生问题,但传统的面对面治疗存在诸多障碍.近年来,越来越多的基于手机移动端对物质使用障碍患者进行信息评估和干预治疗的方法被开发出来,此类使用移动设备来实施与健康有关的医疗服务被定义为移动健康服务.本文总结了近十年基于移动健康服务对毒品成瘾康复干预的可行性、可接受性和有效性的研究,分别探究甲基苯丙胺成瘾以及大麻成瘾在移动健康服务领域的研究进展,并对游戏化元素在移动健康服务中的关键因素进行综述,以期为毒品成瘾康复治疗提供新思路.
