Current studies on the psychological mechanism of elder related financial fraud are mostly based on individual psychological perspective,lacking systematic and ecological view.Based on the frame work of Bronfenbrenner's Bioecological Theory of Human Development,this article reviews and discusses the four elements in the process of financial fraud targeting elder—proximal process,person,context and time.It is proposed that the elderly financial decision-making deviation in a fraudulent situation is a behavioral tendency of the elderly in the process of interaction and dynamic development with the environment,in correspondent with global changing in social environment,illustrating by 3D graph.Future studies should adopt quantitative research methods in accordance with Bronfenbrenner's theory,take the susceptibility of financial fraud as research object,and expand it to policy making and policy effect evaluation.

当前涉老理财诈骗研究多基于个体心理,缺乏系统性和生态观。本文基于布朗芬布伦纳关于人类发展生物生态学理论的“过程—人—环境—时间”模型,深入探讨涉老理财诈骗最近过程、人的特征、环境系统和时间四要素,提出诈骗情境下老年人理财决策偏差是老年人与环境在交互协同作用、动态发展过程中突现的行为倾向,并以三维图示意“过程—人—环境—时间”模型与涉老理财诈骗心理机制。未来研究应探索符合人类发展生物生态学理论的定量方法,关注金融欺诈易感性并拓展至政策制定和效果评价。
