Objective： To explore the mediating effects of adolescent loneliness and depressive symptoms on interparental conflict and adolescent non-suicidal self-injury, so as to provide insights into the prevention and interventions of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury. Methods Students from 7 middle schools in Tianjin, Henan, Sichuan, Zhejian and Inner Mongolia were selected using convenient sampling method. Their loneliness, depressive symptoms and non-suicidal self-injury occurrence were investigated using the Three-Item Loneliness Scale, the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale and Non-Suicidal Self-injury Scale, and interparental conflict was evaluated by adolescents and their mothers respectively, using the adolescence revision of Co-parenting Scale and the Co-parenting Relationship Scale. The mediating effects of loneliness and depressive symptoms on interparental conflict and non-suicidal self-injury was exarnined using a structural-equation model. Results A total of 544 students were recruited. with a rnean age of (14.191±1.43) years. There were 241 males (44.30%) and 303 females (55.70%); 452 junior high school students (83.10%), 46 hi h school students (8.45%) and 46 vocational hi h school students (8.45%); and 150 students with non-suicidal self- injury (27.57%). The scpres of loneliness, depressive symptoms, parental conflict evaluated by students and their mothers were (4.38士1.87), (7.3a士6.06), (14.10士8.03) and (3.04士3.19), respectively. The results of structural equation model analysis showed that parental conflict had no direct effect on non-suicidal self-injury, but loneliness (β=0.074, 95%CI: 0.038-0.114) and depressive symptoms （β=0.096, 95%Cl: 0.061-0.136) played indirect effects on interparental conflict and non-suicidal self-injury, and they also exerted a chain mediating effect （β=0.064, 95%CI: 0.037-0.095) (all P< 0.05). Conclusion Interparental conflict can impact adolescent non-suicidal self-injury through the mediating effects of adolescent loneliness and depressive symptoms.

目的 探讨青少年孤独感、抑郁症状在父母冲突与青少年非自杀性自伤（NSSI）间的中介效应，为青少年NSSI预防和干预提供依据。方法 采用方便抽样方法从天津、河南、四川、浙江和内蒙古抽取7所中学的在校学生，采用简版孤独感量表、流调中心用抑郁量表中文简版和NSSI行为量表分别调查青少年孤独感、抑郁症状和NSSI发生情况，青少年和其母亲分别采用父母协同教养问卷青少年评定版、共同养育关系量表评定父母冲突情况；建立结构方程模型分析孤独感、抑郁症状在父母冲突与青少年NSSI间的中介效应。结果 调查544人，年龄为（14.19±1.43）岁。男生241人，占44.30%；女生303人，占55.70%。初中452人，占83.10%；高中46人，占8.45%；职业高中46人，占8.45%。NSSI得分M (Q_R）为1.00 (0.14）分，存在NSSI 150人，占27.57%；孤独感得分为（4.38±1.87）分；抑郁症状得分为（7.32±6.06）分；青少年及其母亲评价父母冲突得分分别为（14.10±8.03）分和（3.04±3.19）分。结构方程模型分析结果显示，父母冲突对青少年NSSI无直接影响，但可通过孤独感（β=0.074,95%CI:0.038～0.114）、抑郁症状（β=0.096,95%CI:0.061～0.136）的独立中介效应及两者的链式中介效应（β=0.064,95%CI:0.037～0.095）影响青少年NSSI（均P<0.05）。结论 父母冲突通过引发青少年孤独感和抑郁症状增加其NSSI发生风险。
