英文摘要The study of nano-heterostructures as light-capturing system applied in photocatalysis is a current research hotspot. In this study, an elaborated design of homologous heterostructure CdSe/CdS by in situ Se2- anion exchange method was reported. Series of CdSe/CdS composites were obtained by controlling the amounts of Se powder. The optimum ratio was 5 wt% CdSe loading on CdS nanosheets, which achieved the maximum H2 production of 16.03 mmol g-1 h-1. The excellent photocatalytic property was attributed to suitable energy level arrangement formed by direct Z-type homologous heterojunction structure, which fostered the transfer of photogenerated electrons and holes. This work provided the design and synthesis of homologous heterostructure photocatalysts for high efficiency hydrogen production. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.
